1. Made-to-Order & Cancellation Policy At Chopine, every pair of shoes is handcrafted specifically for you in our Istanbul atelier. We do not hold inventory; production begins only after your order is confirmed.

Cancellations: You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the production process begins (leather cutting and molding), and we can no longer accept cancellations.
2. Returns & Exchanges Because each item is custom-made to your specifications:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection.

Size Guide: We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully and measure your feet before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us at info@thechopine.com for personal assistance prior to purchase.
3. Damages & Manufacturing Defects We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. While we inspect every pair rigorously, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will make it right.
Covered Conditions:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., structural issues with heels, stitching, or soles).

Receipt of the wrong item (wrong size or model sent by us).

Damage occurred during transit.
How to Report an Issue:

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us at info@thechopine.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Include your Order Number (#) and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Important Note on Leather Please note that genuine leather is a natural material. Minor variations in grain, texture, or color are natural characteristics of handcrafted leather products and are not considered defects. These nuances make your pair unique.
