OVERVIEW This website is operated by Chopine. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chopine. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (Handcrafted Nature) Our products are handcrafted in Turkey. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain, texture, and color may occur. These are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS Our shipping procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments:

  • Importer of Record: For all international shipments (including those to the USA and Canada), you act as the importer of record. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations of your country and for payment of any potential import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

  • Payment of Duties: These charges are not included in your item price or shipping cost. They are collected by the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) prior to delivery.

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay the customs fees or refuse to accept the delivery (except for genuine damage), the package will be returned to us or abandoned. In such cases, you remain responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping costs, and a restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from any refund.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
